Samera Habib is the founder, owner, and managing attorney of Law House PC and a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer licensed in California and Colorado.
For more than 15 years, Ms. Habib has built law firms, led litigation teams, and served as first-chair counsel in hundreds of contested proceedings. She is known for taking command of difficult cases, mastering complex factual and procedural records, and developing strategies that account for the entire trajectory of a dispute—not merely the next filing.
Ms. Habib currently represents businesses, professionals, executives, and individuals in federal and state courts. Her active caseload includes federal litigation, commercial and contract disputes, corporate representation, criminal defense, family-law litigation, and family-law appeals. Many of her cases involve multiple jurisdictions, overlapping proceedings, substantial financial or personal exposure, and strategic decisions in one forum that may materially affect another.
She is at her best in cases that demand judgment under pressure.
Founder and Law Firm Owner
Ms. Habib has founded, owned, and developed law firms in both California and Colorado. In addition to founding Law House PC, she is the founder and owner of The Dadvocates, a multistate litigation practice with operations in Colorado and California, including Los Angeles and Orange County.
She built these firms from the ground up.
Her experience extends well beyond courtroom advocacy. She has been directly responsible for developing multistate operations, assembling and managing professional teams, supervising attorneys and legal staff, establishing litigation and quality-control systems, managing growth, and protecting the financial and reputational integrity of the businesses she leads.
As a result, Ms. Habib understands the pressures facing business owners from firsthand experience. She has personally navigated the decisions involved in:

- Establishing operations across multiple states

Licensed in both California and Colorado, she has substantial experience analyzing jurisdiction, forum, service, enforcement, procedural sequencing, and the consequences of parallel proceedings.
She understands that a case may be won or lost before its merits are reached through decisions concerning where to file, when to act, how to secure jurisdiction, what evidence to preserve, and how one proceeding will affect another.
Fluent in Arabic, Ms. Habib also brings cultural and institutional fluency to matters involving Middle Eastern parties, international relationships, foreign documents, and cross-border legal issues.
